VME Infrastructure: Four-Month Construction Timelapse

This timelapse follows a VME Infrastructure building from the first stages of construction to the finished structure, over four months. It was filmed by Sukil & Khushboo, architecture photographers and film makers in Chennai.

Long-term timelapses are rarely attempted in Indian conditions, because heat can overwhelm camera equipment. We took it as a challenge and built a custom setup designed to stay cool outdoors, positioned the camera so it did not overheat, and programmed it to switch on and off only when needed. The equipment was also secured for the full duration on an active construction site.

We make construction timelapses, architecture photography and films for builders, developers and promoters. If you are planning a project and would like its progress recorded from start to finish, we would be glad to talk.
