Bank of Smiles is a corporate film made for Thryve Digital by Sukil & Khushboo, corporate film makers in Chennai. What makes it special is that the story comes from the people who work on the project.

We began by sitting down with the team to understand their daily challenges and the part they play in the company's work. We then guided them in writing their own stories and helped shape those stories into a script, which we refined together with them. Almost everyone on screen is a Thryve employee, joined by only a few professional actors, so the film feels honest and personal in a way scripted corporate films rarely do.
